He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Hollywood (Curci); and his parents, Richard Hollywood and Myrtle Hollywood (Darrin). He is survived by: his stepson Stephen Lind (Vivienne Vicens) of Matawan, NJ; and his sister Helen Giamella of Staten Island, NY. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
