He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. Mills and Agnes M. Mills (Keglovits); and his brother Edward I. Mills. He is survived by: his close friend Lisa Riley; his children, Michael (Deanne) and Melissa Czarnecki (Brian); and his grandchildren, Jacob, Abbi, Carson, Chase and Julia.
