He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kapustiak and Maria Kapustiak (Iwanonkiw). He is survived by: his wife Anna M. Kapustiak (Sabroski); his children, Patricia Kahler (Boyd), Mary, Peter (Rebecca) and Anna Marie; his grandsons, Dustin, Alex and Joseph; and his brothers, John, Andrew and Steven.
