He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Kichline (Grobelski); his parents, Floyd Kichline and Katie Kichline (Kunsman); his daughter Donna Brunell; and his granddaughter Christina Holben.
He is survived by: his children, Gayle Holben of Bethlehem Township and Gary (Faye) of Hellertown; his son-in-law Richard Brunell of Coopersburg; his grandchildren, Michael, Jaclyn, Ashley and Brett; his great grandchildren, Keelan and Kaleb; and his close friend Margaret Billie of Bethlehem.
Memorial donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
