She was predeceased by: her husband Myron Phillips; her parents, Carl B. Reichard and Margaret Reichard (Mills); her grandson Drew Fenstermaker; and her cousin Neil Reichard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda C. Fenstermaker (Barry) and Carolyn J. Adam (late George); her grandchildren, Carl Miserendino, Adam Phillips and Lindsey Adam; her great grandchildren, Laylah, Aslynn Miserendino, Bradley Jean and Chase Phillips; her cousin Evan Reichard; and her pet Lulu.
