She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kuzmin and Jean M. Kuzmin (Horinko); and her brother William C. Kuzmin, Jr.. She is survived by: her sister Sandra A. Kuzmin of Bethlehem Twp; her aunt Nancy M. Villani (Domenic) of Bethlehem; her uncle Blasé Horinko; her sister-in-law Sally Kuzmin of Northampton; her niece Amanda Shuey (Jeff) of Northampton; her nephew Bryan Kuzmin (Abby Fredericks) of Lehighton; and her great-niece Stevi Jean Shuey.
