He was predeceased by: his daughter Corrina Marie Packard; and his siblings, Carl Packard Jr., James Packard, Walter Packard, Charlotte Willever, Jeanette Youngkin and Marjorie Walters.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Packard (Quier); his son Michael R. Packard, Jr. (Misty) of Macungie; and his grandchildren, Ian Hiatt, Annie Hiatt, Evan Hiatt, Dylan Packard, Abigail Packard, Christopher Smith, Jr. and Tyler Smith (Melissa Sweeney).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Stephen's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 67 W. Washington Avenue, Bethlehem, PA 18018.
