He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Kramer (Woeste); and his sister Marla Balas. He is survived by: his father Kenneth W. Kramer of Macungie; and his siblings, Stanley Kramer (Maryann), Julie Snee (James), Joannie Maselli (late Dana) and Ruth Stovell (Curtis). He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews and 1 great nephew.
