She is survived by: her children, Marie Harell (James) and Stephen Ballek (Helen Ann); her son-in-law Thomas Horwath; her siblings, Pauline Fenol and Leonard Perrett, Jr.; her grandchildren, Karen Shoemaker (Bruce), Donna Young (Kevan), Christopher Krem (Joan), Stephen Ballek, Jr. (Shawn), Beth Ann McFadden (Corey), Ryan Shoemaker, Heather Shoemaker, Alexandria Young, Rachel Young, Gabriel Krem, Michael Krem, Ronald Kneule (Kayla), Anthony Kneule (Stacey), Matthew Horwath, Samuel Horwath and Stephanie Horwath; her great grandchildren, Ryan Ballek (Olivia), Victoria Ortiz (Jordan) and Jacob Ballek; and her great great grandchildren, Dawson Kneule, Broc Shoemaker, Blake Shoemaker, Jordan Ortiz, Landon Ortiz and Emma Ballek.
