It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luis Santiago of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 22, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Lien Santiago (Tang); and his children, Miguel Rivas, Lydia Baez and Irma Santiago. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
