He is survived by: his children, Lisa Marie Campbell (Sean) of Bethlehem, PA, Kenneth Alcala (Amabelle) of Brooklyn, NY, Christopher Alcala of Bronx, NY, Luis Daniel Alcala of Brooklyn, NY and Sara Yale (Joshua) of Tunkhannock, PA. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
