She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Donna Lou Apgar; her grandchildren, Sean R. Apgar (Sarah), Jessica G. Apgar Simoes (David) and Robert D. Apgar (Megan); her brother Eugene; and her great grandchildren, Margaret, Sadie, Soren, Anthony and Greta.
