He was predeceased by: his wife Assunta Perrett (Sebastionelli); his parents, Leonard Sr. Perrett and Philomena Perrett (Donatelli); and his siblings, Jenny Torda and Nickolas Perrett.
He is survived by: his sons, Leonard A. Perrett of Bethlehem and Daniel A. Perrett (Deborah) of Bethlehem; his grandchildren, Anthony Perrett and Sarah Perrett; his great grandchild Brady; his sisters, Pauline Fennol of Bethlehem and Marie Ballek of Fountain Hill; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Perrett. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
