He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Oscar and Bertha Phillips (Snyder); and his brother Dean. He is survived by: his children, Blaine (Sheryl), Laura and Lisa (Maryann); his grandchildren, Sara, Erik, Kristen, Alyssa, Banner and Anna; his great grandchild Lauren; and his siblings, Darlene, Robin and Dale. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
