She was predeceased by: her father Bernard Bartek. She is survived by: her mother Dolores Bartek (Hartzell); her children, Kate Sim (Ian) of Northampton, Andrew Bentz (Amy) of Rebersburg and Stephen Bentz (Kayla) of Macungie; her grandchildren, James, Alex, Dean, Kade and Clara; her siblings, Suzanne Masters of Allentown, Andrew Bartek of Allentown and Brian Bartek (Bonnie) of Allentown; and her nieces and nephews, Brianna, Dana and Aaron.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Karen B. Bentz Memorial Scholarship at St. Anne School Bethlehem, c/o Cantelmi Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden Street Bethlehem, PA 18018.
