She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence S. Huber and Margaret M. Huber (Shive); and her siblings, Charles Huber and Linda Krauss. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Zacek; her daughters, Ann E. Bazin (Bradley) and Karen M. Zacek; her sisters, Dawn and Deborah; and her grandchildren, Kyle J. Bazin and Kelly A. Bazin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church or St. Luke's Catholic Church, 818 Main Street, Stroudsburg, Pa.
