He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Juana Montalvo (Rodriguez); his parents, Tomas Montalvo and Belen Rivera; his daughters, Gladys Montalvo (Joseph Pardella), Awilda Montalvo and Amaryz Montalvo (Pablo DeJesus); and his brother Tommy Montalvo. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
