He was predeceased by: his wife Margarita Figueroa; his parent Ezequiela Castillo; and his son Alfredo Castillo. He is survived by: his children, Maria Del Carmen Cruz, Elizabeth Cruz, Jorge Castillo Jr., Johnnie Castillo Figueroa and Evelyn Castillo. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and over 34 great grandchildren.
