He was predeceased by: his grandchild Marion Scull Howell; and his wife Dorothy Courtney Howell. He is survived by: his grandson William Ross-Lewin; his children, Bill (Nina) and Annie (Ben Rinehart); his grandchildren, Courtney, John Ross-Lewin II and Kate; his daughter Courtney McDonnell (Andrew); and his grandchildren, Emmet, Jamie, Ben, August and Margot.
In lieu of flowers, John would have liked to know that you gave even more at year's end to your favorite charity.
