He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mastandrea and Marion Mastandrea; his former wife Helen Mastandrea; his wife Eleanor Madack Mastandrea; his son Jeff Mastandrea; his granddaughter Jewel; and his sisters, Marie Lemiska and Rita Mastangelo.
He is survived by: his children, John Mastandrea (Kathleen), Jill Zander (Donald) and Jacqie Smaracko (Steve); his stepdaughters, Carolyn Madack, Michelle Chunko (Mike) and Cindy Stigora (Joe); his sister Frances Kenny (Greg); and his grandchildren, Autumn, Jillene, Heidi, Steven, Kevan, Austin, Joe, Jason Allison and Andrea. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
