It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joanne Uttard of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, born in Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 2, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Domonick Costella and Sylvia Costella (Reduzzi); and her son Brian E. Turley. She is survived by: her husband Richard; her son Gregory Turley of Bethlehem; her stepchildren, Cheryl Keefer of Bethlehem, Brenda Standlick of Mechanicsville, VA and Richard Uttard, Jr. of Schnecksville; and her sisters, Dolores Standlick of Bridgetown, NJ and Janet Bickford of Nazareth.
