He is survived by: his wife Jane King; his children, Elizabeth King (William Baker) of New Milford, Connecticut and David King (Robin King) of Philadelphia; and his grandchildren, Ryan and Michelle King.
A face mask will be required for entry and social distancing regulations will apply. Interment will be private at Nisky Hill Cemetery.
Contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice in Jerry's honor.
