He is survived by: his wife Annette Lisicky (Yacoub); his son James Lisicky (Kaitlyn Santanasto) of Allentown; his siblings, Thomas of Allentown, Janice Galyean of Florida, Patricia Schummer of Saucon Valley and Nancy Lisicky of Allentown; and his son-in-law Jeff Tyber.
