She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Spitzer and Pauline Spitzer (Garger). She is survived by: her sisters, Paula Schleicher and Christine Norcross (Charles). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be presented to LifePath, 3500 High Point Blvd., Bethlehem, PA 18017 in loving memory of Helena.
