He was predeceased by: his wife Emily F. Kincaid (Patton); his parents, Clarence Kincaid and Ella Kincaid (Campbell); his son Thomas; and his siblings, Claire, Clarence, Marian and Lorraine.
He is survived by: his daughters, JoAnn L. O'Neil of Bethlehem, Donna M. DeLeon (Richard) of Bethlehem, Karen A. Arawjo (Darryl) of Bushkill, PA and Linda B. Wagner (Guy) of Nazareth; and his sister Martha Dickey of Bethlehem. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
