He was predeceased by: his father Dale Barry Miller; and his son Kyle Miller. He is survived by: his mother Judith Ann Miller (Parks); his stepfather Floyd Ross; his siblings, Stefanie L. Saxton (Guy) and Christopher T. Miller (Jessica Sirolly); his former wife Robin Miller (Farner); his close friend Annette Kirk; and also, Corrinne Kirk and Ian Kirk. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
