He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Onuschak and Dorothy Onuschak (Paul); and his brother Wayne. He is survived by: his wife Iva B. Ferris; his children, Heather Ann Rivas (Ben) of Hellertown and Mathew L. of Alburtis; and his brothers, Terry (Marge) and Thomas.
