She was predeceased by: her husband Walter E. Kotash; her parents, Michael DeBellis and Anna DeBellis (Vojtko); her son David John Kotash; and her siblings, Anna DeBellis and Michael J. DeBellis.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Kotash (Teri) of Bethlehem, Jeffrey Kotash (Annie) of Bethlehem and Walter Kotash of Bethlehem; her sisters, Bernadine Fernandes of Bethlehem, Rose Beleykanich of Bethlehem and Eleanore Gawlik of Nevada; and her granddaughter Julia. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
