She was predeceased by: her husband Edward A. Chladny; and her parents, Andrew Polenchar and Mary Polenchar (Pulcher). She is survived by: her sons, Edward A. Jr. (Nanette) of Macungie, Thomas D. (Julie) of Hanover Township, Jeffrey E. of College Hill, Easton, Scott A. of Allentown and Mark R. (Michelle) of Salisbury Township; her sister Dorothy Crement of Jacksonville, FL; and her grandchildren, Jessica Simpson (Pete), Christy Klemick (Andy), Melissa Chladny, Christopher Chladny (Alison) and Alexa Chladny. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
