He was predeceased by: his parents, John Zajac and Anna Zajac (Klis); and his siblings, Francis, John and Elsie.

He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Zajac (Rocko); his children, Edwin Jr. of Bethlehem and Cynthia Gifford (Glenn) of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Amy (Paul) and Gary; and his great grandchildren, Anna and Emma.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Good Shepherd Home, 2855 Schoenersville Road, Bethlehem, PA 18017, where his son is a resident.
