He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bell and Amy Bell (McCall); and his grandson Stefan Bell. He is survived by: his wife Ramona Bell (Bobich); his sons, Robert Bell (Diane) of Gambrills, MD and Edward Bell (Donna) of Allentown; his sister Norma Laros of Allentown; his grandchildren, Amy, Adam, Eric and Vanessa; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Arianna, Ashton, Kayla, Cody, Brad Jr. and Alyvea.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
