It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Czik of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 27, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph S. Czik; her parents, George Hahn and Joyce Hahn (Rohrbach); and her brothers, Guy and Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Kelly L. Huber (Rudolf W.) of Bethlehem Twp, Joseph G. of Easton and Jeffrey A. of Allentown; her siblings, Sandra Hahn (Jack) of Nazareth, Judy Consentino of Orefield, Bud, Thomas of Saylorsburg and David (Kim); and her grandchildren, Taylor, Benjamin and Connor Huber.
