He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Collins and Helen Collins (Sculthorpe); and his brothers, Douglas P. Collins and Edward Collins. He is survived by: his spouse Pat A. (Jackson); his children, Donald Collins, Jr. and Melissa Silvestri (Ralph); and his grandchildren, Catherine Silvestri and Joseph Silvestri. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
