Diloris M. Sterling Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Diloris M. Sterling of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Diloris left this world on March 11, 2025 at the age of 72, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sterling and Mary Sterling (Peters); and her brothers, Joseph Sterling and Antonio "David" Richards. She is survived by: her children, Michelle S. Lester-Davis Taylor (Kevin Taylor) of Allentown, Tanya Simmonds of Jamaica and Kareem Thompson of Bethlehem; her sisters, Carmen Sterling, Almira Sterling and Lorena Sterling; and her grandchildren, Kristel Brown, Kyrel Sanders, Sherwood Sanders, Sharolin Sanders, Kel Sanders Coleman, Anais Thompson, Christopher Lester, Tanya Coleman, Kiree Davis, Dallas Holmes, Shea Thompson, Kameron Thompson and Tatiana Taylor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Viewing was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Grace Deliverance Baptist Church (74 E Broad St, Bethlehem, PA 18018). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fairmount Cemetery (620 Central Ave, Newark, NJ 07107).
