It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane R. Effting of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 6, 2022, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Jackson and Stella M. Rice (Bauer); and her sister Nancy Fedok. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Scott Effting; and her sons, Zachary Scott (Ashley) of Dunellen, NJ and Scott Alexander (Madison King) of Allentown.
Properly fitting masks and social distancing will be required. Service and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Allentown Police Department Canine Fund, 425 Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA 18101, Att'n: Sgt. Robert Flores, to help support the K-9 program.
