Danny Essig Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Essig of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 3, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Essig (Torzewski) and Earl Essig of Northbrook, IL.; his significant other Diane L. Rice; and his brother Rick Essig. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Judy Essig; his nephew Justin Essig; his nieces, Linda Timmons (Kevin) and Danielle Essig (Kevin); and his stepchildren, Stevie Rice (Matthew) and Corey Merwarth (Mandy).

SERVICE: Due to Covid a memorial service will be held in the spring.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the ASPCA.
