He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley K. Rice and Dyllis G. Rice (Evans); and his brother Stanley Rice. He is survived by: his friend Rainbow Diner; his children, Bryan S. Rice (Valeria Bellis) and Stephanie D. Fraley (Scott); and his grandchildren, Kayla Rice (Rich Burger), Shawn Rice (Alyse), Evan Fraley, Myles Fraley (Ana) and Aaron Fraley. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
