He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifton E. Mowrer, Sr. and Margaret Brown Mowrer; his wife Barbara; his children, Jeffrey T. Mowrer, Andrew C. Mowrer and Dr. Susan Mowrer Benda (Joseph) of Bethlehem; his grandchild Kyle J. M. Benda; his nephew George Mowrer (Betsy); and his nieces, Ruth Mowrer Huron and Margaret Mowrer Sharpe.
