Shupp. He is survived by: his wife Jamie (Deemer); his children, Stephen Hay of Leesburg, FL and Christie Hay of Northampton, PA; his grandson Elliot Hay; and his siblings, Bobbi Shupp of Kunkletown, PA, James (Milissa Hay) of Lehighton, PA and Daniel Shupp of Auburn, CA..
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to The Ohio State University Foundation, College of Engineering Priority Fund in memory of Claude "Buddy" Hay.
