He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia F. Ruff; and his parents, Curtis G. Ruff and Carolyn Ruff (Horst). He is survived by: his sons, Brian C. (Raeann) of Northampton, Daniel C. (Andrea) of Mertztown and Mark C. (Tammy) of Macungie; and his siblings, Jay Ruff, Patricia Demko and Phyllis Kehm. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
