He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Sr. Scitney and Beatrice Scitney (Andrews); and his children, Todd and Lisa. He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Scitney (Lasso); his granddaughter Hope Dunfee; his stepdaughters, Tammy Dunfee and Wendy Cougle; his children, David, Charles, Cheryl and Jennifer; and his sister Pauline.
