She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Butkiewicz; and her parents, Louis Lepore and Mary Lepore (Afieri). She is survived by: her daughters, Barbie, Joanne Kear (Kevin) of Mertztown and Debra Julia. She is also survived by her daughters and her friends.
