He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Fraley and Elizabeth Fraley; and his brother Eugene Fraley. He is survived by: his spouse Cymalene A. Fraley (Reinhart); his children, Keith Fraley (Randi) of Allentown and Kimberly Spiegel (Jeffrey) of Breinigsville; his stepdaughter Christina Malloy of Emmaus; and his grandchildren, Aaron Fraley, Brendan Fraley, Alyssa Spiegel and Grant Spiegel.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer Bible Fellowship Church (3100 Hecktown Rd, Bethlehem, PA 18020).
