She was predeceased by: her husband William Chaikowsky; and her parents, John Petrick and Anna Petrick (Miga). She is survived by: her sons, William (Jane) of Bethlehem, John (Teresa), Peter (Suzanne) of Glen Arm, MD and James (Stephanie) of Souderton; and her sisters, Helen Hahn (Tom) of Allentown and Susan Roth (William) of Salisbury Twp. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
