He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Slavin and Pauline Slavin (Fleischmann); and his brother Irwin Slavin. He is survived by: his wife Joyce E. Slavin (Bedard); his children, Jennifer Martellucci (Innocenzo Jr.) of Palmer Township and Derek Slavin (Danielle) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Innocenzo Matthew, Jaiden Elizabeth, Austin Christopher Martellucci, Ava Kate and Foster Lawson Slavin; and his pet Gigi.
