He is survived by: his wife Annamarie Vazquez (Huertas); and his children, Angel Vazquez, Jr., Evaristo Vazquez and Ada Kelley (Stacey Kelley). He is also survived by 5 siblings; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
