She is survived by: her husband Raja Rajasekharan; her sons, Narayan and Siva; her daughters-in-law, Rajani Nair and Sharon Stein; her grandchildren, Vishnu and Mimi; her nephew Krishnan Somasundaram; and her niece Niru Somasundaram.
