He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Girona. He is survived by: his father Porfirio Caraballo; his children, Josilyn Acevedo, Jasmyn Butryn, Ty Isaac, Alexis Velez and Alexandro Velez, Jr.; and his siblings, Jose Velez, Elizabeth Martinez, Hector Caraballo, Edna Velez Rivera, Kelsey Caraballo, Angel Rivera, Noel Velez and Marielys Velez Rivera. He is also survived by grandfather to his 7 grandchildren.
