He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander S. Guffy Sr. and Rose Mastria Guffy; his brother William Guffy of Nu; his wife Elizabeth Henderson Guffy; and his sisters, Lucy, Susan, Ann, Angelina and Rose Marie.
He is survived by: his children, Alex Guffy, III (Cindy) of Palmer Twp, Robert Guffy (Maria) of Tatamy, Kathy Guffy (Rob) of Palmer Twp and David Guffy (Melinda) of Allentown, PA.; his brother Charles Guffy of Easton; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Christina, Jacquelyn, Lauren, Rachel and David; and his great grandchild Hayes.
