He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte Kubat (Carroll); and his parents, Alexander Kubat and Sophia Kubat (Moleski). He is survived by: his children, Nora Diaz (Robert) of Bethlehem, Kathleen Witkowski (Michael) of Upper Marlboro, MD, William Kubat (Kathleen) of Easton and Andrew Kubat of Nazareth; his grandson Stephen Witkowski (Sheila); his siblings, Dolores Bruno (Robert) of Bethlehem and Chester Kubat (Ann) of Louisville, KY; and his sisters-in-law, Christina McIlhaney of Bethlehem and Nancy Willhoit of Bethlehem. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
